Our company history
The history of Z.P.H. JAMET began in 1984, when Olgierd Stolaronek established his metalworking shop. Initially, the metalworking shop focused mainly on the production of gas furnaces, while at the same time developing its facilities for mechanical machining.

In 1989, the shop began working with Miehe, a company based in the Federal Republic of Germany. This cooperation made it possible to expand the product range to include foil tunnel structures and high-capacity oil boilers, which were exported to the German market after obtaining the required approval for furnaces used to heat foil tunnels. A joint venture named MIGEBAU was established and operated for six years. The shop began producing steel structures and high-capacity oil boilers for a variety of customers, both private individuals and business clients.
By that time, it already had a significantly larger machine park than at the beginning of its operations, including machining equipment such as lathes, milling machines, grinders and drilling machines; metal forming equipment such as hydraulic and eccentric presses and guillotine shears; and welding equipment for gas welding, electric CO2 welding, aluminum welding and stainless steel welding.
Discover our history
For more than four decades, we have carried out projects involving demanding technical requirements. Our growth has always been driven by the need to solve complex technical problems and deliver non-standard industrial projects.
1985
Cooperation with Huta Katowice
In 1985, the shop began its cooperation with Huta Katowice, now a branch of ArcelorMittal Poland. This cooperation continues to this day and has included the production of numerous large, heavy-duty spare parts for rolling mill and steel plant departments, including gears, complete gearboxes and other industrial equipment.
1995
Cooperation with Fiat Auto Poland
In 1995, we began working with Fiat Auto Poland. The cooperation covered the manufacture of various setting and assembly fixtures, welding fixtures, gauges, transport pallets and other auxiliary equipment, mainly for body production and vehicle assembly, including Fiat Cinquecento, Seicento, Fiat 500, Palio, Bravo, Brava, Ducato and Iveco.
1995-2024
New capabilities
In the years that followed, we expanded our manufacturing capabilities to include powder-shielded hardfacing of rollers and crane wheels for the steel industry. We also developed innovative rotary unions that supply coolant to rotating components. They became our flagship product and are now successfully used in steel plants across Europe. In 2023, we purchased our first fully five-axis CNC machine, the OKUMA MULTUS U3000.
2025
Open to new challenges
Today, we focus on further developing our offer to meet the needs of the modern market, while continuously refining and modernizing our services for the mechanical industry. In 2015, we implemented innovative NX CAD/CAM engineering design software. Today, our customers include both companies that have worked with us almost since the beginning and new business partners.
